John T. Zim

Founder

John Zim is the founder and managing member of WaltonBerk, LLC. In addition to managing WaltonBerk, Mr. Zim currently serves as the Financial Controller and Director of Nonclinical Services of the VNACJ Community Health Center. John serves on the Board of Directors of the Affordable Housing Alliance. Formerly, he was a Financial Management Consultant with KPMG and a Senior Director of a New Jersey certified public accounting firm, Holman Frenia Allison.

Mr. Zim has supported the management and governance of the Finance Offices of his business clients. He also specialized in business valuations, supporting business owners in preparation for sale, serving as a key member of sell-side deal teams during transaction negotiations.

Recently, John was honored in NJ BIZ Journal's 40 under 40.
